I once had to give up a position I ran for and got voted in. That was hard but I am glad I did. Take it easy and enjoy your break from added stress.😊

Don’t ever feel ashamed of self care. I have been in that position and I understand how you feel but as you start to feel less pressured by overextending yourself as I did, you will know it was the best decision. That shame will go away. We can’t be everything to everyone if aren’t there for us💕💕
