Military personnel are not required to follow unlawful orders according to the UCMJ. If not sure whether or not the orders are lawful, they should consult a military lawyer. You are not required to follow every order that is issued If it is deemed unconstitutional or otherwise against the law.

It's the hedge fund managers and the billionaire class that are buying up as many residential properties as possible. They want to control it all. As a broker I can tell you that almost half the business that we're doing here in South Florida is with institutional buyers.
