Do people have easier ways to post to their Wordpress site blogs? Mine is at: www.patricktullytherapy.com/video-blog, but I hate having to sign into the admin panel to make a post. Thanks for any recommendations.

As you can see from the web links, sharing the Bluesky link is easier than the custom domain one. Is there any format people commonly use in this case? Thanks!

Oh. I am liking the Send Later feature for text messages within Apple iMessage. In iOS 18, when composing a new message, you can click a “+” sign to the left of the message and scroll down to select “Send Later.”

I did create another Bluesky profile with my therapy website as the handle, but I wonder if that’s even necessary. I’m holding onto it as Bluesky grows! @patricktullytherapy.com

Breathing really helps. Counting can be helpful: breathe into your stomach for 3 or 4 slow counts, and hold for 4 counts, and then breathe out for 4 counts, slowing down the exhale. This all helps calm your nervous system. #breathing #anxiety #breathingexercise

Does Cedars Sinai Connect (borne out of a partnership with Cedars Sinai and K Health) actually utilize “Cedars Sinai” physicians? Or does it include practitioners not necessarily a part of Cedars Sinai? My concern with this virtual offering is it might be misrepresenting the care team.
