That’s true, especially as it does come with its challenges to maintain the consistency from the parents. I have a friend who is also following a similar approach and when they forget to speak in a particular language, the child corrects them 😅

I’m curious how your sister and her partner speak to your niece, do they both speak Swedish or do they do an approach where each parent speaks a different language? I’ve read that one approach is each parent sticking to a specific language to help the child not get confused
