Open AI just announced a model that looks like a breakthrough and meaningful step towards (but not achievement of) AGI. I take this seriously as here is Francois Chollet, noted AI expert who was publicly skeptical of current approaches, calling for this to be taken seriously.

You have to admire the bravery here from a journalist, very much abroad. Curious why Putin is suddenly taking hard questions live on air, to humanise himself before Trump led deals? I dislike the somewhat antagonistic phrasing from Beeb yet that aside, admirable stuff from @bbcstever.bsky.social
