Same. Amazing how much I never even considered alternative sources in the past, when the actual difference in cost/convenience is sometimes pennies, or even the opposite.

So good. They nailed the camera movement to make it a comfortable experience, and the Inception-like vistas were beautiful.

Apple needs to ship the next version with a strap that allows you to ditch the light shield if you want. Peripheral vision of the real world enhances the experience, and increases the comfort of wearing it for extended periods dramatically. Most ppl won’t seek out the 3rd party solutions for this.

One thing I have never gotten over, though, is the vertigo associated with my fear of heights. Walk across a tightrope over a chasm? Nope!

I used to get bad motion sickness from VR, and now rarely get it at all unless the experience includes sudden acceleration. Not sure if that implies a tolerance I’ve built up, overall better design by the industry, improvements in device latency, or all of then above.
