Doesn’t have to be an offset. Can be any number of set-ups. For me it’s all about wood and live fire.

Before I went all in on a smoker I did my weber kettle. I still did wood on top of coals. It’s just a completely different level when you’ve got to constantly mind the fire as opposed to it basically being a smoking oven.

My non-spoiler quick takes:
1) No BS might be my favorite season of TV ever. Stunning.
2) The finale will obviously be Adam Driver’s emmy submission and I think it by itself gets him the award.
3) Britt Lower’s entire season is HOF-worthy. She can submit any ep she appeared in as her Emmy ask.
