Yesterday I had an edible and started re-watching #Carnivale. #Nick Stahl as an enduring #Dust Bowl farmer boy being an early gay crush of mine aside, the show seems like an apt metaphor for our times, as we head towards #ecological #disaster, return of naked #fascism, and the death of #democracy.

Attended Naked Boys Reading for the first time Monday night. Since then, my mind has been haunted by a spirit: the/a white stag. I don't remember the source (Cyrano de Bergerac?) but all my senses feel it. Not sure if it's me, or whether my antlers are shimmering darkly or tattered and bloodied.
