Node version 4.0.3 is available for update from the FUNC dashboard. This is not a FUNC update, just a Node software one. The cog in the top right will be orange, and you will have an option to update the Node in the Settings menu.

Your #Algorand node is always connected to 4 other peers. But are all peers local or randomly scattered? How is it that the mainnet never partitioned?

Add your node to Nodely's telemetry and check for yourself.

The ~5700 TPS figure from June 2024 was

1) individual USDC transfers (no Smart C.)
2) averaged over ~5 minutes/100 blocks

Example block: algo.surf/block/389226...

During this time the chain was not disrupted for other users. See video of a swap @ 6K TPS:
