Thanks for all you do. I enjoy the in-depth info and have learned so much more about basketball. I listen to a lot of coverage but my go to stuff is always Bryce Simons whether you are with Omari or Sam.

If there is no culture, which the Pistons didn't have one, and all of a sudden they have a culture (grit, tough minded players) it is because of the players Weaver drafted. He had the vision, JB just molded it.

We have to remember he took over a team with NO assets and was a financial mess. When he left the Pistons had numerous assets: Cade, Ivey, Duren, Stew, Ausar; first round pick which turned into Holland; lots of money (salary cap space).
