1970 European Cup Semi at Hampden. When Hampden was a proper stadium. Unbelievable place.

No mainly Celtic and around 6,000 Leeds.

I think he is local. He sells his originals in Hebden Bridge from time to time.

Might get an original.

The largest attendance ever at a club game in Europe involved Leeds United.

There are a few bottle necks by the dock wall to be fair.

Decent walk back into town to be fair.

Even in education I have to sign a declaration of interests. Surely a person with such spending power can't be allowed to put personal fortune before the best interests of the organisation. Weak Governance.

A fucking backwater on the wash with a population of 40,000. But still has an electrified rail link.

Our great cities in the north are still waiting for there's. 2 hours from Sheffield to Liverpool.

Interesting to see how many of his signings came from the same agency he was with.

May explain some of the over inflated signings.
December 10, 2025 at 8:39 PM
Is Zirkzee with the same football agency as Ten Hag?

That open end at Roker with the North sea at your back could get cold in winter.

It's the commentators. Getting over excited. Their job is to inform us of what's happening.

Then I can decide to get excited or not.

A car getting a tyre change is not sport.

Scored today. I goal at season. I reckon I could manage that at 57.
November 30, 2025 at 3:13 PM
People were still ranting about this fraud on the doorstep last year.

This survey was 2021 to 2024.
Now look at the data for Liverpool's champion winning season 2024 to 2025.

1. Liverpool 158
2. Chelsea 239
3.Man U 259
4. City 286
5. Arsenal 689.

Arsenal, main rivals, are an outlier.

Here we go. Could only be arsed doing 3 seasons. May need a wider sample. It's fucking Chelsea.

I have calculated this mean based on average number of touches in box/number of penalties awarded.

1. Chelsea 139
2. City 149
3. Arsenal 198
4. Liverpool 204
5. Man Utd 216
6. Spurs 259.

Looking at comparison between touches in the box and penalties awarded.

I think this is a fair matrix to compare to other teams over a 5 season period.

I am doing an averages investigation soon with the kids.
This is a perfect research project.
I will get back to you.

We need more accuracy than just raw data like this.

An average based on games played as all these clubs have featured more in CL than Liverpool over the years.
November 27, 2025 at 6:25 AM
Is there any data on this topic? Are we talking European games as well as the prem?
