i think this is a popular take. 1 was self serious and tense, 2 was mostly just really stupid and I was worried that the slapstick would keep me from feeling scared, 3 was even stupider but also so stressful it made me sick to my stomach

ok, i hadn't seen the part where they explain that this movie is the aftershocks of the initial group of people being alive for like 1 or 2 additional days. death also makes a gun fail 6 times in a row to keep a guy from dying, though.
