I guess the era of diplomacy and grown-up leadership is over. We’re back to tinpot dictator (this from a draft dodger who said “going to Vietnam is for suckers”.)

So we do what we can with what we have where we are.

I’m wondering who wrote this caption. They either have a sense of humor or this was inadvertently hilarious.
