I worked in DC nonprofits for many years which were mainly funded by federal & city grants. I hope you have an experienced grant writer. If not, try to find one to go over your current grants on a volunteer basis. I hope your board members can help with that.Best wishes.

In 🇫🇷 are individual apt owners responsible for water damage to other apartments? Do the monthly bldg fees pay for repairs stretching across multiple apartments if damage is caused by shared systems like plumbing/electric? Does each owner have a homeowner insurance policy & does it pay or repairs?

CDBG funds are block grants HUD gives to states for community development programs. They’re often used by states to fund housing nonprofits & the development & sustainment of shelters, 1st-time homebuyer programs, low-income housing development, etc. These are annual grants issued around 7/1.

Were these CDBG funds?

Welp, yet another basis for a Complaint, TRO, PI & Permanent Injunction to enjoin a Rethuglican from illegal, politically- motivated legal efforts against Constitutionally-protected activities.

Unless SCOTUS or the 4th Circuit rule that DOJ’s argument that the SOL should be extended pursuant to the statute they cited allows for an extension. Go back & find the reference in the order.
I don’t think the 4th Circuit will rule that way, but our corrupt SCOTUS just might.

She lived in 2 diff apartments in the bldg over many years & all were 3 level. The 1st floor was an entry & storage area. The 2nd was a living/dining
room & eat-in kitchen plus w/c. The 3rd was 2 BR, + a big atelier w/floor-ceiling windows & a bathroom. 163 Rue
de Charenton if you ever walk by.

Do you know anything about the city of Paris mixed-income apartments? My in-laws paid full price, but whatever they paid it was a great deal for a 3-level apartment with a fantastic view of the Toyr Eiffel. I wish we could get it back, lol.

Even so…. I suspect he keeps a bottle in his bottom desk drawer & attends meetings a bit tipsy, frequently.

My in-laws had a 2 br, 3 level apt in the 12th w/a balcony off of the 2 bedrooms, plus another, small one, off of the séjour.
The bldgs were owned by the City of Paris for artists (it had a big atelier) & was a mixed-income property. I wonder how difficult it is now to rent an apt there.
