I am post menopause so breathing can add weight for me. Also, I know that alcohol can pack on the pounds. I have reduced intake to weekends. I gave myself a treat last night I had pizza for the first time in 4 months. It was lovely.

Sadly substack seems to be going the way of twitter lately ... There are some really angry people on there that create rage bait for clicks. From my perspective and opinion, this is a newer phenom on that platform.

Women have never been safe in the US. Even during my mother's time (1940s, 1950s, 1960s) she wasn't safe.
