I don't think history will remember donald trump and his gang as "hitlers", when atrocious acts are committed by government controlled gangs, they will be refereed to as "trumpy". That is how he will be remembered.

Good to know that there is a legal word for this act!
This case is well-known to D.C. prosecutors. In fact, the process of taking an indictment where a portion has been rejected, re-drafting it, and presenting the amended version to the grand jury for a vote is called "Gaitherizing."
