PCL facilitated a two-day educational programme at Leicester College for Health and Social Care students. The sessions gave a brief insight into key healthcare topics and an introduction to fundamental aspects of clinical practice.

PCL were asked to help with a system critical issue of over 3,000 LLR patients waiting for spirometry, many having waited in excess of 80 wks. By moving diagnostic testing into the community PCL reduced the list by 89%, pressure on secondary care was relieved and patients received care quicker.
