So glad we booked tickets to see The Importance of Being Earnest at the Noel Coward Theatre.
It is so uplifting and the cast are simply joyous.

Had the huge privilege of seeing the amazing Stevie Wonder last night. It was a night filled with real joy, starting with a really powerful message to our leaders of how they should use their power to uplift those more vulnerable, then singing Lennon's Imagine. This isn't Imagine but enjoy anyway.

Oh my. Think this is the most amazing cake I have ever made or eaten. I have never made a @nigella.bsky.social cake that hasn't been delicious but her toasted marshmallow and rhubarb cake is truly something special.

Just finished this brilliant book. The blurb on the back said it is 'moving, heartbreaking and hopeful', and I will second that wholeheartedly.

Was determined to make @nigella.bsky.social banket bars and couldn't find ready blanched almonds in any supermarket locally, so spent an hour this morning blanching my own. It was definitely worth it.
