I agree wintersday weekly is one of the fastest, but it's still a grind. Ideally if you've done the daily every day already you should be either close to done already or just completely finished.

Wintersday is also probably the holiday with the most days people will not login for. The weekly rewards especially being a grind and having a final weekly on the last Monday of a festival have really removed some enjoyment of all the festivals.
