Dude has never read the Constitution. Impeachment requires 2/3 vote in the Senateto remove a judge...no Dems would vote for it. That's the genius we're dealing with.

And maybe if she, and the "concerned" Sen from Maine had joined with 2 others to oppose the silly Cabinet nominees Trump put forth, they would be in a position to right the ship.

Except SCOTUS has basically said the Pres can do anything and is immune from prosecution. The only remedy is impeachment umtil an election. So as long as there are 34 Senators willing to go along, a President can break any law with impunity.
