It's hard to understand why Republicans think cutting weather forecasting would benefit the country. These moves are going to be catastrophic. Lives are at risk and NOAA saves us so much more money than it costs.

The climate crisis threatens us all, and the US must lead the world by example: cutting deadly fossil fuel emissions to protect public health. Trump's decision to once again withdraw from the Paris climate agreement is a dereliction of duty.
