This is how I imagined them at that moment lmao, Durge sitting right on the table (and on their plans) with Ketheric doing his best to not lose it
A follow up 2 panel comic in grey for the original drawing of Durge and Gortash kissing, where we can see where they are. Durge is sitting on a long table with a big map of Faerûn and notes scattered around and a candle. Ketheric Thorm sits at one of the two chairs in frame, looking frustrated as he looks ahead at Durge and Gortash, his left hand clenching the table until it cracks and his other in a tight fist in order to control his frustration with the duo. Gortash is standing in front of Durge at the perfect height to give him kisses, doing just so. Ketheric had been discussing their plans to take over the world with the other Chosen, having spoken for a while until he interrupted himself by asking “Are you two even listening anymore?”. Gortash responds with “Of course. Continue.” All while he’s giving Durge little kisses as he speaks. Durge blushes, smiling now as he looks at Gortash whose eyes are still closed. The panel below is a close up of Ketheric’s face as Durge and Gortash begin to flirt as if he wasn’t in the room and continue to kiss. Durge giggles and Gortash says “You like that?” and gives him a smooch as well. Ketheric seems to think about what has led him to this exact moment, dark shadows over his eyes as he thinks “Was resurrection worth it…”
