½ oz Laird's bonded apple brandy
½ oz Yellow Chartreuse

Stir all with ice and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.

Tonight's cocktail is Maharaja's Revenge.

2 oz Old Monk dark rum
1 oz Apricot Eau de Vie
¾ oz lime juice

Shake all with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
