Lost about 6kgs so far, can even see my ribs! 😆😳
It is a lot easier than my appearance might betray, just sweating a bit but I had been on there for 30 minutes. 😆

Well, I'm a guy but my gorgeous wife tell's me the reason why she chose me over 4 guys she was talking with was that I wouldn't shut up. Talked with her every day, many times per day. 📲
