Make some noise! And don't burden your trans friends with your pain, confusion or irritation. Don't expect them to be public about their needs.

Working w/ providers at Seattle Children's has been years long after years of being on the wait list. Providers know the importance and necessity of care and leadership has broken that trust.

I am enraged by the decision by Seattle Children's leadership to cancel gender affirming surgeries in anticipation of executive orders.

The decision by Seattle Children's leadership is an act of cowardice and a violation of the sacred trust care providers have built with their patients.
