I saw them at Bill's Bar in Boston in 2003 having never heard a note. It was a very small crowd but everyone was into it and I started telling everyone they were going to blow up.

Can totally relate. Since we got back I found a semi-local place that makes pretty good schiaciatta, and my son has been obsessed with making the roman pasta sauces. He did amatriciana last night and it was fantastic. Please share if you find a good schiaciatta recipe!

You could do WiiM and pick your own JBL powered speakers. I have a Sonos surround setup with the sub and love it for the main TV but use a mix of of other stuff via airplay throughout the house.

I love going into a crowded restaurant solo and getting that one open seat at the bar.
