i didn’t get to test my dough with my tart tins because my mom has borrowed them and i’m suffering bc i baked a whole batch and the sides flattened on all of them </3 praying there’s enough of a lip to add some filling 🥲

anyway, i’m 26 now and my opinion hasn’t changed. we’ll check back in in another 10 years!

lmfao real but i actually lucked out bc i worked the “night pastry production” position so i went in at like 4pm and left around 10pm! but that’s bc i did cupcakes, tarts, brownies, and cookies. a whole other crew handled the breads, thank GOD
