Cotton flowers are an obvious one, considering her hometown is famous for its cotton production and fashion industry.

But on a personal level, magnolias fit her really well. They symbolise nobility, purity, dignity, endurance, love of nature and inner strength

Lumina roamed the roads of Faerûn for years, killing monsters for coin to survive and often sleeping in the wilderness. Later on she also ran errands in Baldur’s Gate for an elderly elven baker whenever she was in the city, in return for food and lodging.

She rolled her shoulders in discomfort at the memory of the pain of the arrows caught in her back, the same ones that were meant for her brother Teuivae as she had tackled her him to the ground just in time. She hadn’t been able to avoid the arrows herself though. If it weren’t for Shadowheart and Halsin also being present and giving their all to heal her wounds, she probably wouldn’t have survived the attack. A cool hand squeezing hers snapped her out of her thoughts. “You’ve got nothing to worry about, darling. There’s no assassination threat this time and no one will dare touch you- I won’t let them.” Astarion’s voice was soft as he spoke in a low voice, just loud enough for her to hear. “Besides,” he continued, “it would be a crime not to show you off. You,” he said as he appreciatively looked at her. “You look absolutely stunning, my love.” Heat flushed her cheeks and a shy, small smile danced around lips. She trailed a finger along the lacy parts of his turquoise tuxedo jacket. Although a few tones darker, it matched hers perfectly. “So do you”, she whispered. “Then let’s show these folks we’re the best dressed couple of the Gala.” He smirked lightly as he offered her his hand with a dramatic flair. “You will save me a dance, won’t you? Show them how it’s done.” The corner of her mouth quipped up again as she accepted his hand. “You bet.”
