I’m no contract lawyer, but as I understand it, if cancellation of a contract hasn’t followed the terms of the contract, then it is not cancelled? It’s simply breach of contract?
Of course, the only answer to that is lawsuits!

Not familiar with New Richmond. Looking where it’s at I’m surprised it’s in Ohio. Off hand, I’d suggest staying near the airport in, say, Florence, Ky, or staying in Newport or Covington, KY. Both of these are very near downtown Cincy, w/o having to cross the river (the biggest bridge is out).

I am now certain that this is a source for why Trump is nattering on about both tariffs and annexing Canada…. And maybe an additional reason he wants to change Mt Denali back to Mt. McKinley. Someone told him about the Tariff Act… but unfortunately forgot to mention it didn’t fucking work.

As a scholar, I think you’re right. Influential literary and theory figures are historical influential despite, and sometimes as a part of, their predatory behavior.
Non-scholarly consumers of literature, of course, are welcome to kick whoever they want to the curb, though.
