A really insidious part of the Democrats using their own failure as an excuse to throw trans people under the bus for “going too far” is that a lot of the shit they’re referring to is just fantasies the right made up like banning the word mother, genital surgery on kids, litter boxes in school.

Americans have a bias toward musicals, so I think US cinema needs to have a sort of Bollywood era where songs just fuckin happen in the middle of otherwise non-musical movies to normalize it.
