For many big accounts there it's simple about reach. They want to be seen/heard by as many people as possible. And Twitter probably still has a bigger audience, even if there are millions of "fake accounts". Quantity over quality. 50k likes on Twitter is a bigger ego boost than 5k likes on Bluesky.
