This is a D&D character from Critical Role, who are also famous for Vox Machina. His name is Chetney Pock O'Pea, a Rogue/Bloodhunter who's also a werewolf and a wood carver.

Your character reminds me of a younger version of him and I love it!

Secteon is a regional evolution of Eevee! The jelly made by Afstrayan Vespiquen triggers an evolution in Eevee. Their ears and antenna help them locate predators and prey from every direction. While they can't fly, they are excellent gliders and move just as fast as a Lokix.

For added context, this fella is one of the most preserved specimens of stegosaurus in history, and the guy who found it sells out unique fossils instead of sending them to museums for research purposes.
