4/ As D’Entremont, Louise Beaudoin also left the Parti Quebecois on Jun. 6, 2011, after considerable differences with the party leader, Pauline Marois. She cited specific issues with Marois’ leadership style. Beaudoin sat as an Independent after leaving the party.

3/ On Nov. 9, 2010 Bill Bennett was kicked out of the BC Liberal caucus after a “scathing public rat” on Premier Gordon Campbell’s leadership style. He decided to sit as an Independent for a year but later rejoined the party under new leadership.
