Blocking conversations about Mikie's Gaza votes isn't "for change". It's against, regardless of how you explain it away.

You've got it flipped. The DNC putting a Palestinian on the stage would not have been an attempt at change. It would have been a result of change.

Primaries really flush out the conflicts of interest when an Essex County Dem Op runs a subreddit called "new jersey politics". We're localized beyond repair. They control everything

I ditched them after lengthy discussions with leadership about them blocking discussions on Mikie's genocide votes. But I'm inclined to think they still hold a lot of power. A system of people with time on their hands that consider flipping a red seat the pinnacle of progress is one hell of a drug.

The minute the admins of the FB Group decided to nuke any thread about Gaza, it became ideological, because they never had to reconcile with Mikie voting for genocide.

NJ11th for Change takes the cake here. Started with real activism, but later resisted every member willing to question Mikie. If everyone is grassroots, no one is. Centrist shepherds posturing as progressives. Look at malinowskis latest post, he put a space between grass and roots.

Reminds me of how NJ establishment Dems have co-opted the term "grassroots"

Yeah that Mejia number is great considering this poll was before Thanksgiving.
December 2, 2025 at 7:15 PM
Yes, especially because it was 400 people polled before Thanksgiving.

That's where I live. Even a majority of my town (Randolph) went blue. I think Trump's abysmal approval rating and the unified Dem messaging on affordability is responsible.
