That isn’t necessarily intelligence so much as conformity or obedience. Trying to eat rocks is a stronger sign of intelligence. Correctness simply doesn’t matter as much as creativity when defining intelligence. Pre-LLM search engines are more accurate, but we never called them intelligent either.

This feels like a criteria for reliable usefulness not intelligence. Provably discriminating lies from truth is about knowledge not intelligence.
