Got along and saw the almost indescribable Igorrr again with their mix of dance/rock/opera/metal/dubstep and more, supported by mysterious jazzy death metal guys Imperial Triumphant who played way too short a set, also great.

Had a great time seeing some epic prog metal from Blood Incantation, who played their new acclaimed 70s prog inspired album in full (Very Floyd/Tangerine Dream/ELP) along with the great dark psychedelic doom soundscapes of Oranssi Pazuzzi and Sijiin with their more regular trad/death metal tunes.

Been and checked the guitar exhibition at People's History Museum. Some great designs. Some donated/signed by Oasis, Doves, Pixies, Elbow, New Order. Auctioned this week. Go see them, 40 in total, local Manchester artists involved.
(Yes, that is a RABBIT guitar-kind of...)

Bit late to it but finally seen this. Very entertaining. Slow build up and very hard not to compare it to 90s tv classic Ghostwatch (on while I was in middle school) but some great acting, plot and scares all round.
What did you think?

Somehow, I watched Skinamarink.
No, really I did.
Horror or not?
Total waste of time or some kind of masterpiece?
Thoughts please.

I've watched this. Bit late to it, but did think it to be a fairly good one. Bit of a slow start, a few issues maybe but some good direction, editing, acting overall. Good chills.

This is my latest from August last year-
I might have described it as fantasy folk horror but frankly adding metaphysical surrealist body horror weird fiction in there could help maybe? It ain't your regular folk horror at all...

amazon/good old local & indie bookshops now.
