You barely pass the fifth grade by answering c on test. Oh and all knowledge will be store and can be acess when ever he needs. In his nanite mental space thing Finally as you can see from the name the build let him do psychic abilities,like read mind, telekinesis, ect

This means he can become a super genius in any field. He will still need to learn. He won't auto-get information. That's cause I hate that trope of character becoming a super genius. Then, somehow, having master of thing they never heard of. Like no sir, I don't care if you become a big-brain frog

It's not a 100% personality change. More of his regular fighting style was taken to the extreme. And you already should know who drew these ideas of mine

Then, he crashes into the person. With this build, semi-changing Rex a bit. Making him more aggressive. Because the defensive aura will make most damage worthless. There is no need for blocking and dodging. Rex goes purely unbridled attacking Berserker. Just minus the blind rage -
