Ah okay wow I just presumed it must’ve been restricted to books given my scan of the snapshot of the list, and the Rosen surprised me as an outlier!

The Rosen is a chapter from an edited volume rather than a book.

I totally agree the UK has quite an outsized influence on the (broadly popular) music scene. It often startles me how many culturally significant music movements were pioneered by British artists.

Also that Ukraine has to mobilise basically the entire nation and keep it on a war footing just to survive whereas the conflict in Korea has not required that extent of national mobilisation to maintain the status quo.
