I bought the #4K version of Adrian Lyne's Jacob's ladder to replace my US Blu-ray edition. I love this movie and Maurice Jarre's soundtrack for it!🥰

Nice to finally get Tom Savini's "Night of the living dead" remake in #4K AND in its uncut form...🥰 I'm not a #steelbook fan but having the original poster art on it is a nice bonus!
BTW, as far as I know, this is not available in France which is kinda sad because some french subtitles are included.

Il faut dire que le film n'est pas 'gnangnan', est bien joué, et la photo et les paysages du film sont magnifiques. Franchement, il mérite d'être (re-)découvert comme film d'aventure tout public.

Just to illustrate my point, here are the same games played on the pcsx2 emulator with only software rendering (very accurate & with no enhancements)... the look is very similar to the default RetroTink4K captures, low res, and it's sometimes easier to capture! (depending on your computer hardware)

It looks ok-ish, some internal de-interlacing might help but let's face it: with these interlaced low-def outputs (except for Demento/Haunting Ground which has progressive (480p) mode), other alternatives might be better, like the #pcsx2 emulator in software rendering mode.😉

I have a strange "stripes" pattern on my PAL french PS1 (Rayman & Crash Bandicoot Warped screenshots) with RGB output that I don't have on my NTSC japanese PS2 with YCbCr output, but I think it's more related to the old PS1 hardware (maybe capacitors?)🤔

Philips CD-i (with its Digital Video Cartridge) games look OK too but, of course, the absence of true RGB on the source's scart (which outputs only a composite signal) introduces some video noise...
