Ellie Page has optioned rights for the film. I hope it's successful if it comes to fruition.

There has also been an addition of a "child" to their home on Marsyas Island. I would compare the relationship of the children and the main antagonist of the story to that of the orphans and Miss Hannigan in the musical "Annie."

Overall, I would describe this book as cute. I don't use the word "cute" as something derogatory. The book is very "awww" inducing. There is the continuation of a sweet romance between the two adult men. It's always simply very, very sweet and never spicy.

I LOVE this book. It was surprised by how moving it was. I'm sure you've read Miller's The Song of Achilles, yes? Probably one of my favorites of all time.

This is such a good list! I would replace the Star Trek with the new Battlestar Galactica and we'd practically be TV series twinsies. 😀
