Try holycowvegan.net/....I personally love the gumbo (even after freezing it is delicous, Red beans and rice (simply name that doesnt do it justice) and Effoutee (A louisiana stew. yumo!) If you still need inspiration one of my favourites is a simple TVP chili...just google any version.

How can that even be called "free range"...the power of words. People think "free range" then they must live happy "free" lives...I know that's what I used to believe.
