Statement from the ATA ECEC Council on the horrible decision by the Alberta UCP to test our youngest students.
No one else does this in our country because children this young should be building connection and community - NOT sitting and doing standardized tests!!!

This is the real choice in education. Chronic underfunding of our students and their education. Government is currently working on budget 2025, will Alberta continue to be the least funded public education system in Canada? #ableg #stoptheexcuses
