How prepared are Assisted Living facilities to evacuate residents who cannot help themselves? Do facilities file a plan with local fire department? Does the fire chief pre-visit such places so they’re prepared to meet special circumstances?

True. But disparaging stereotypes of Vietnam Veterans are rife. Once had dinner with a famous author who dared to say to me that my father was a fool for going to war. That was like spitting in my face and that of my dad.
