Today I needed wrapping paper and ordinarily, I’d go to Target for that. I haven’t been there since they bent the knee, so I had to get creative. I found a locally owned stationery store, bought a sheet of printed crafting paper for a buck and felt good about keeping that buck local.

I’ve never been more envious of those with dual citizenship.
