Another day of oyster sampling on the books!! Taking a quick peek at the mucus on the gill tissue 🤭

Wrapping up a fun oyster experiment collab this week in Deep Bay and Nanaimo!!

Hey all! I'm a current PhD student in the Parfrey lab at the University of British Columbia! I'm interested in the spatial organization and function of microbial communities living on marine invertebrate hosts (including sea anemones and oysters) 💖
