Something I've always been curious about with ppl turning conservative when using YouTube: is it just that they're more exposed to it, that the algorithm leans right, or are human beings just more likely to interact with things driven by anger/controversy, which seems to be where the GOP puts money?

Please don't take this from the kids! I think a better option is to give candy out to the kids at the door and add free "care packages" outside for adults to grab. The kids won't feel the difference, and parents won't get frustrated/embarrassed (they can choose to grab a care package or not)

Or if you're trying to sell it. He's either planning to stay for good or sell it off to the highest bidder.

I am so confused at people. Weren't you just showing how MTG was essentially lying about what her bill did? Did I misunderstand something?

Well that's terrifying. I've heard about/briefly read up on Palantir, and this is only going to go bad. This absolutely needs to be kept in the public's eye!

I haven't looked over the bill, but I really hope it was just a waste of time and money and not a way to sneak other legislation in

And if you don't shut it down they'll shut down the parts they don't want anyway. Use the leverage you have! Don't just hand it over!

The only reason it would be a distraction is cause you all aren't taking advantage of it to stop him! The Republicans in the senate are playing you, they've been playing Democrats in Congress for years. This was a rare moment where YOU had leverage, where YOU had something THEY wanted and you caved.
