it's complicated and you're mostly right: the thing is, in my head the real Bluebook is all confused with not just one but SEVERAL fictionalized versions of it, including that of Ben Templesmith's Groom Lake graphic novel where they just straight up shoot people who saw UFOs in the head.

had a convo with AI recently and it made a reference to 'VCs' meaning Venture Capitalists and I legit didn't know what it meant and said I "Viet Cong???" and it proceeded to give me an explainer on the Viet Cong as if I had never heard of them and now Venture Cong/Viet Capitalists burned in brain.

I noticed this myself years ago (there are in fact cards where it's somehow even more egregious) and it is in fact very funny. It is very much as if they just wrote the first draft of the rules directly onto the card.

for me this'd be close but in my case i still think the only thing that good get me back on that cardboard crack at this point is still MASSIVE BRAIN TRAUMA.
