Felix wriggles in the cocoon of Dimitri's arms, a hissing bundle of wet cat, only partially covered by the flap of Dimitri's coat that Dimitri is doing a poor job of shielding him with. "Hush, Felix," Dimitri says cautiously. Aggravate Felix enough, and he's prone to yowl, which is enough to wake up a whole neighbourhood, if not the planet. "Just a short run, and then we'll be back home." Well, weather willing. They'd been out of the house for all of two minutes before the sky clapped with a vicious storm, Dimitri bent over Felix as he turned, elegant feline silhouette flattened by accursed rain. It's let up now, but lingers heavy in the folds of Dimitri's jacket and the ebony peaks of Felix's fur, and the grumble of the sky reminds Dimitri that the next shower isn't too far off. Felix's sharp, displeased mouth clamps down around Dimitri's wrist, and Dimitri sighs. Felix won't be, well, Felix again until he's warm and dry, which is all the more reason to finish this grocery run, and go home.

redid my print boards!!! the big one is the one that fell down that i redid from scratch while the small one got some touch-ups since it had gotten a bit messy
picture of the corner of my room featuring two metal boards covered with prints and keyrings. the majority of the prints / keyring are fe3h (specifically dimilix and the faerghus four, with a few other fandoms (vanitas no carte and moriarty the patriot) mixed in. there is also a cat suga (bts) print and some sf9 pictures and a polaroid. beneath the magnet boards is a book of vanitas nendoroid case, with a framed picture of some fe3h art balanced on top, as well as 3 ceramic rabbits, and an acrylic stand of f!shez and arval. close up of one of the magnet boards so the prints and keyrings can be more clearly seen

i'm crying i ordered 55 of these to make freebies with but there was a mistake and my basket cleared so i ordered them a second time and they arrived, but i saw they were awaiting payment in my orders so i paid for them and long story short i now have 55 more on their way

fanfic writer bad (?) habit bingo i crossed out: no beta we die like [character], plotting & daydreaming about a fic at the worst possible times, riding the "this is nobel prize worthy" vs "how even do words work?" roller coaster, ...ellipses........ellipses are a beautiful thing..., using ao3 tags as a means of communication, the purplest prose to ever prosd, longest sentence world record contender, repeat (word) offender, free space, proud pet verb owner (frown, smirk, grin, sigh...), listen, editing as i write is not a bad habit and i don't care who knows it!, checking for kudos again because maybe ao3 is just slow, adverbs are my beautiful multitalented children, dark, forgot to eat/drink/sleep/stretch again

I like when you let me know you care about me.” Chanhee's lips flatten, clearly displeased. “Don't I do that enough?” Inseong laughs, “Yes, yes, plenty,” thinking of how many kisses and touches and little satisfied smiles; how much devoted attention Chanhee has to give. Inseong’s and Inseong's alone, with no snuff for the intent flame of his wanting. “Maybe I've gotten greedy.” “Greedy is right,” Chanhee sulks, plastering his face to Inseong's neck. “I just didn't want you to worry I’d break up with you. Because I won't, I just. Need to think.” “I know that. But, you know, I wouldn't hold it against you.” Chanhee grunts. Inseong tightens his hold. “Thank you for the reassurance, though,” Inseong adds gently. He trails his fingers down the nape of Chanhee’s nape, dipping into his collar. “Can I kiss you now?” Chanhee scoffs. “Greedy.” His hands on Inseong’s chest, Chanhee rises up to kiss him. When they part, Inseong presses their foreheads together, rocks them back and forth. Until Chanhee shifts, eyes hooking to a spot beyond Inseong's shoulder. He pries his hand out from between them. “Huh. Little shadow.”

best bouquet i could've received methinks

Her heels beat an absent pattern against his shins as he partitions her hair, sweeping one half to the side so he can focus his attention on the other. Starting from the top, he guides one section over another, pulling it taut before gathering the next; braiding carefully down her back, making sure to scrape every strand from her roots, her ears. Once one side is complete, Inseong moves onto the other. Midway down, Sarang’s head droops, so he pauses, taking in the cartoon’s ending credits and the slowness of her breaths. “Only a little longer, butterfly,” he murmurs, gently poking her arm. Sarang blinks furiously. “‘M not tired,” she lies, blatantly yawning. Inseong pokes her a second time for good measure. “Okay, baby. But it’s still your bedtime, you know. You’ve had a long day today.” Her head dips again before she pulls it back up, defiant. “I know.” Inseong ties off her second braid just as Youngbin arrives to take her. “Come on, Sarang,” he says, swooping in to sling her over his shoulder as she squeals. “Are you ready for your story? What do you want to read tonight?”

Chanhee places his hand over Inseong’s in the dew-soaked grass. Chilled, despite all the flames they’ve seen. Without looking, even acknowledging him, Inseong flips his hand to entangle their fingers. “I don't expect the rest of you to forgive me,” he says. A faint, pained smile stretches across his lips. “But, I'm sorry, I still can't watch you leave.” Chanhee stares at Inseong’s profile. Tightens his grasp to the point of breaking. “It’s not about forgiveness,” Sanghyuk snaps. Not suddenly, but like a bow string, pulled arched and taut until it wears under the pressure. His eyes shining, cheeks blotched, bottom lip trembling in his mouth; three key signs he makes no effort to hide. “I don’t care about any of that!” “We all remember everything,” Youngbin says. Swallows. “You can ask anyone. I wanted to go, the most out of anyone here. But…” Youngkyun rolls his lips into his mouth, fingers digging into the soft, damp earth. Eyes fixed on Inseong and Chanhee’s joined hands, as if, somewhere in the infinitesimal space between their fingers, there is still something to find. “Hyung, I’m not going anywhere without you.”
