Similar to builds used in 9.3 with additional sub saver. Same as build 3 you get 2 shots after 2 bursts with 3 shots with comeback active. Good all around build and probably the best one barring personal preference for another in this list.

Greater allocation to survivability over respawning faster. 4 subs of sub saver lets you have 2 shots after 2 burst bombs and 3 shots with comeback active. Lobstar notes that this build might be good for X but qr is still really useful for blaster.

I didn't see a real explanation for why you'd run this over 0.4 sub saver since it keeps the same shots available after 1 and 2 bursts at 6 and 2 respectively. My guess is that combined with the ink recovery you can refill your ink tank faster after the combos.
