Now that I have some Pullman pans my shokupan looks (more) like proper shokupan!
Also: the lime mojito sherbert I concocted while the bread was rising. This stuff is like the lime sherbert of your childhood just for people who have put away childish things. ;)

Today I made two different varieties of milk bread - roti Benggali (flatter loaf) and a sesame version of our usual shokupan.
